Brosundet is THE hotel to stay in when going to Ålesund in western Norway. This old buiding has recently been renovated, and today it has become a modern hotel, yet with some nice original details still kept in the house. Beautiful and sophisticated.
This old hotel will reopen in May. It it situated in Luster, in the western part of Norway. The new management will focus on high quality in both food/wine and hospitality. Worth a try this summer? I think I will.
